AP Lit and Comp Next Year

Students who have signed up for AP Literature and Composition next year need to see Ms. Sloan in room 451 either before or after school on Wednesday, May 22 or during lunch on Thursday, May 23rd. If you are going on the Odyssey of the Mind field trip and plan to take AP Lit and Comp, please stop by after school today, Tuesday, May 21st to see Ms. Sloan.

Mu Alpha Theta is sponsoring the night. A speaker form the State Employee's Credit Union will talk about monthly budgets and spending for students. The event takes place from 4-6 in the cafeteria. Food will be served.

College Planning Meetings for Parents of Rising Seniors

The Guidance Department will be hosting multiple meetings on planning for and applying to college for the parents of rising seniors. These meetings will be held in the Media Center on Monday May 20th from 1:30-2:30 pm, in room 304 on Tuesday May 21st from 10:00-11:00 am and in the Media Center on Friday, May 24th from 10:00-11:00 am. Sessions will be filled on a first come, first serve basis and parents must sign up by calling or emailing Kathryn Nicholson at kathryn_nicholson@iss.k12.nc.us no later than Thursday May 16th.
