Same Day Service Recipes

This file contains all foods that are in HACCP Process #2:  Same Day Service.  All foods in the process category pass through the temperature danger zone (41°F to 140°F) only once before serving.  Food is usually cooked and held until serving, but can also be cooked and served immediately.
