Items needed for registration are:

Birth Certificate
May be an original or copy

Social Security Card
Not required but recommended

Proof of Residency
Showing service into the home (power, water, cable)
You may call Duke Power at 1-800-777-9898 to request a proof of residence
faxed to the school at 704-662-8264
 
Custody/court documents
