It’s a healthy breakfast that won't load students up with sugar. Grab n Go may
include a muffin, yogurt with grahams, cereal bar, whole grain donut hole, whole grain honey bun, nutria-grain bar, or cereal pouch. Each meal includes milk, and fruit or 100% fruit juice.
The menu selections are easy to eat without making a mess.
What happens when kids skip breakfast?
