Tarheel Realty 5K and Fun Run 2011

Lace up your sneakers and get ready to earn money for Union Grove! 
 
The highest participation at this event on Saturday, September 17th awards Union Grove 50% of the proceeds! 
 
All 5K participants will receive a t-shirt. Fun Run participants may order a t-shirt for $5.00. Sizes and quantities are based on pre-registered runners, late/same day registrant sizes and quantities are not guaranteed.
 
An awards ceremony will take place following the race and will be given to the top three male and female 5K finishers in their age groups.  Overall male and female top 3 awards will be given for the 5K.  Awards will also be given to the top 3 schools with the most participation.
 
2nd place earns 30% and 3rd place for particpation earns 20%. 
 
Last year UG came in 3rd place, so this year we are looking to race to the top!  We encourage everyone to take part in this easy school fund raiser. 
 
Keep in mind that participants do not need to run in order to help our school.  Come out and enjoy the day together as a team!
