Statesville High JROTC Memorial Day Event Honors America's Heroes

Statesville High School hosted a Memorial Day Flagpole Ceremony at the stadium flagpole this Friday. The Army JROTC Greyhound Battalion conducted a Battalion Formation and Flagpole Raising, and the SHS Blue & Gray Singers performed. The ceremony is an annual tradition at this school, with the purpose of honoring the men and women in uniform who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.
