My mission is for children to enjoy school.  I want them to feel safe and cared for especially in kindergarten.  We will  get our 'work' done and then we can have some fun time.  We want to meet all of our goals for kindergarten so that we will be ready for 1st grade!

 

I have been at Central for five years, even though I have been teaching for 23 years.  I am originally from the coastal area of North Carolina, Wallace, but I have been in Statesville for 24 years.  My husband, Doug, was born here and we have one daughter, Maggie.  I am 'loving' Central!  Kindergarten is my passion!
