My Classroom Mission

Our mission is to learn and master our objectives. We will do this by working together, studying hard, and following SHOWtime expectations and norms, preparing us for 7th grade and our futures.

This year will be my sixth year teaching at Troutman Middle School. I enjoy reading and writing and spending time outdoors. I am not much of a sports enthusiast, but I usually root for the Bobcats and I help co-coach the TMS soccer team.
I love teaching English and science and I hope that when students leave my classroom, they have a love for reading and writing that they didn't have before. I will continue to strive to find new ways to teach and make it the most enjoyable experience for all of us!
