My Class room Mission My mission for my Foods classes is to provide student with knowledege on how to make healthy food choices, Identify and use safety in the kitchen, and master basic skills needed to presue a Intry level position or futher their education in culinary Arts and Food Management. Classroom strategic goal All students will be 85% proficient and above on final exam. About Me I graduated from South Carolina State University with a Bachelor's in Nutrition and food Management.
