Directions to the site: 
  From I-40 E take Exit 144-Old Mountain Road.  Turn right onto Old Mountain Road.  Turn left at Murdock Road. 
Take second right onto Old Murdock Road. 
From I-77 S take Exit 45 toward Amity Hill Road.  Turn right at Amity Hill Road. 
Take the first left onto Murdock Road.  Turn left at Old Murdock Road.
 
The top three winners from each elementary school's science fair will compete at the I-SS District Science Fair.  Students will receive scores for Creative Ability, Scientific Thought, Skill and Thoroughness, Clarity and Dramatic Presentation, and Interviews.  More information can be found at the North Carolina Science and Engineering Fair website www.ncsciencefair.org/
