What dictates the direction of a human life?  Hopefully, a student's years at North Iredell High School will help dictate the direction of his or her life in a positive way.  I am here to help you.

 

We strive to become successful and whole individuals in society.

 

 

I enjoy what I do.  The success of my students is what I concentrate on every day. 

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education with a double major in Learning Disabilities & Mental Retardation.  I have a minor in Psychology.  I have taught in many different situations through the years including elementary, middle, high school, and adult education.   I am married with 3 children.  All 3 are North Iredell High graduates!  I have lived in the North Iredell area for almost 30 years.  At North, I am an Inclusion teacher for English I and English II.  I also teach a Communication/Curriculum Assistance class.  In this class we work on reading skills and assignments from other classes in order to support students in the areas they may need extra help in.  I have taught in one form or another for 20 years.  This is my third year at North and I plan to stay here until I retire from teaching.
