ISS Medication Policy

We no longer have the standing orders which allow nurses to give  medications to students.  Any student needing medication at school will need to have a medication form completed by their parent and doctor. These medications will be kept in the main office. This includes ALL medication...Tylenol, Advil, Benadryl, etc. Any student needing a medication form can pick one up in the office or my office A-206.
