My Classroom Mission

My classroom mission is to instill an ability in my students to be problem solvers.
Through mathematical reasoning, students learn how to think a problem through from beginning to end, following logical steps to get there.
 
About Me

This is my 4th year at Lake Norman High and my 11th year teaching.  My reward is seeing my students be successful in school.  I live in Mooresville with my husband and son who attends LNHS.  My daughter graduated from LNHS and is attending Appalachian State University.  I enjoy being outside, preferrably around water, and I love solving puzzles.
