My Classroom Mission

Our Health & Physical Education class will do our best to become more knowledgeable in all areas of fitness and learn to live a healthier lifestyle.  In addition, we will strive to reach an achievement level of at least 85% on all our assignments.  This will be achieved through hard work, cooperation, teamwork, and encouragement.
 
About Me

I grew up in Iredell-Statesville Schools.  I graduated from Statesville High School.  From there, I received my B.S. in Business Administration/Finance from Pfeiffer University.  After working in Insurance and Securities, I received my teaching license in Business and Marketing Education from N.C. State University.  I also received licensure in Physical Education from Winston-Salem State University.  I have been at Lake Norman since we opened in 2002.  I am the Varsity Boys Basketball Coach and teach Health and P.E.
 
There is nothing I love more, other than my family, than UNC Tarheels Basketball.  I am fanatical when it comes to the Heels!  Yes, i will take tickets off your hands at any time!  I am also a huge Red Sox fan, and of course, a Panthers fan.
