My mission is to create a positive learning environment for all students.  I will provide appropriate and challenging opportunities for learning.  I will guide all students and assist them in developing the skills that they need in order to be successful throughout their school career and life.  I believe it is essential to have clear and consistent communication between students, parents, and other staff who interact with my students to accomplish these goals.

My name is Sara Webb. I have taught both fourth and fifth grades at Troutman Elementary School.  This is my first year at Lake Norman Elementary, and I am very excited about this upcoming year.  I live in Mooresville, and love the fact that I will be a part of the LNE community.  My family all lives nearby, in fact they all pretty much live within a mile from school! I am a little farther away, but looking forward to the shorter commute. :)

As a teacher, I believe that it is my responsibility to push each student to perform at their maximum ability.  Fourth grade is such an important year because this is the point when students start to really develop responsibilty. It is vital that students develop these skills now because they will use them for the rest of their lives.
