Fitness, Fun, Fair Play

 

We will use a variety of activities, games and sport skills to stay physically fit.  We will try our best to be in the HFZ for Fitnessgram.

 

I have lived in Iredell County all of my life.  I have worked at a number of Elementary Schools throughout the county. This is my 18th year of teaching at Shepherd Elementary.  I have a BS degree in Physical Education from Appalachian State University.  I also hold a MA degree from Gardner-Webb University in Physical Education.  I received National Board Certification in 2004.  I have a son (Sage) who is 8 and a daughter (Mia) who is 7.  I am active in SCAA and encourage all children to play and be active.
