I am excited about joining Coddle Creek Elementary this year.  This will be my ninth year teaching and my first year at Coddle Creek.  I grew up in Michigan and moved to North Carolina for the beautiful weather and exciting activities North Carolina has to offer.  I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a major in Science and a minor in Mathematics. I  completed my Masters Degree at Gardner-Webb University in Elementary Education last year. In my spare time I enjoy exploring North Carolina, spending time with my dogs Bear and Moose and go-kart racing with my fiance, Tim.  I am looking forward to joining the Coddle Creek family and looking forward to a wonderful year.
