The 2012-13 Student/Parent Handbook & Code of Conduct was not printed this year due to budget cuts.  Please help us by reviewing the booklet online, and printing only what you need.
 
The entire booklet is available for you to review below, and required forms are included in this file.  However, for your added convenience, the required forms are also available as separate pages by clicking the individual links below.
 
Directions:  Click a link below and save the file to your desktop or other location on your computer.  From here, simply print the pages you need.  The code of conduct booklet is 37 pages long, so you may find it more helpful to simply print the individual forms. 
 
Please print a copy of each of the forms below, complete the information, and return them to school with your student(s).
