The Coddle Creek Media Center is a busy place!  Students visit the Media Center for forty-five minutes once every other week.  Students may also visit the Media Center independently during open checkout times.  Our goal is for students to become effective and independent users of ideas and information. Students will achieve this goal by working on a variety of literature and research projects in alignment with the North Carolina Media/Technology Essential Standards.

We provide activities such as the Book Fair and an Elementary Battle of the Books club which promote the love of reading and help develop an appreciation for various types of literature.
