In Physical Education we are learning about…
1. The Five Fitness Components: cardiovascular fitness, endurance, flexibility, muscle strength and body composition.
2. How to define the fitness components, how to assess the fitness components and how to set personal goals to improve in these areas.
3. The long term benefits of daily exercise and healthy food choices.
We will remember to wear appropriate clothing (comfortable, no skirts or dresses and TENNIS SHOES) so we can participate actively and safely.
We will have FUN making HEALTHY and ACTIVE decisions for everyday living.
