My Classroom Mission

We are here to learn about the computer and to learn proper keyboarding techniques.  We will do this by following directions, paying attention and trying our best. We will come to class prepared.  We will be responsible with the computers and respectful of Ms. TLC and each other.  We will help each other as we become 21st century learners.

I feel so fortunate to be a part of Lake Norman Elementary.  We have so much fun in "TLC"  (The Laptop Classroom) as we learn new and exciting ways to approach technology.  I love teaching all of the grades and getting to know all of the students here at school!
 
I have always been involved in computers in one form or another. I have set up computer labs, written computer curriculum, and been a part of a teaching college. I graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a B.A. in Education, and Masters  Degree in Curriculum and Instruction; from the University of Cincinnati.  I am also proud to say that I was  the Teacher of the Year for Lake Norman Elementary for the school year 2006 -2007!
