Our Classroom Mission:
Our mission in 2nd grade is to listen and learn. We will do this by ears listening and eyes watching so we don't miss anything. Our goal at the end of the year is to be ready for 3rd grade.
 
About Me:
Mrs. Porter
 
I really enjoy teaching at Lake Norman Elementary.  I live in Mooresville with my dog, L.B. My daughter and son are both out on their own.  I have been involved in education for over 25 years. I believe that each child can be successful and my goal is to provide all the opportunities your child needs to reach this goal. I use a positive discipline model where students are "caught being good" in the classroom. The class can receive rewards for good class behavior. I look forward to this school year with great anticipation.
