I am so excited about starting a new school year at Harmony! I have been in the Iredell-Statesville Schools system for nine years working as either a teacher, interium teacher, or an assistant. This is my seventh year teaching second grade at Harmony Elementary.  I live on a farm near the Catawba River with my family and a small mixed dog named Binx. We raise beef cattle and we even have a donkey named J.R. I have one niece named Liz and a nephew named Will. Liz is eight and Will is twelve. I graduated from Gardner-Webb University in December of 2005 with a degree in Elementary Education. I am currently attending Gardner-Webb University to obtain a Master's Degree in Elementary Education, which will be completed in May. My favorite sports team is Duke! Go Duke Blue Devils!
