Computers
 
8th grade:
Concentrates mainly on Spreadsheets, Databases, and Word Processing. Students also explore the internet, and do multimedia projects using Microsoft Powerpoint.
 
7th grade:
Also concentrates on Spreadsheets, Databases, and Word Processing. Students are preparing for the North Carolina Computer Skills Test which they will take at the beginning of their eighth grade year.
 
6th grade:
Learns how to enter information into a database and how to do simple searches. They also learn how to create spreadsheets and how to do simple desktop publishing skills.
