  • A New Year

    Starting a new year is always a little scary, especially since I looped from 3rd to 4th grade with the group I had last year, but I have once again been blessed by the room assignment gods!  I adore my new students!!  Teaching expectations and routines are moving at a slower pace this year, but I can see the potential starting to poke through the layers!  I know there will never be a dull moment this year (I think we could entertain ourselves with a fleck of dust this year)! 
     
    This is my favorite time of year.  I love getting to know each of your children and discovering their learning styles and personalities!  Each day I have spent time watching them interact with each other and listening to their conversations.  All I can say is THANK YOU families! Thank you for allowing me to spend quality time with your child and thank you for trusting me to prepare them for 5th grade!  It is an honor that I don't take lightly!
