Who enters activities into True North Logic?
The provider enters the activities.
 
If the activity is not there, what is the process?
If it is not already there, it is likely a workshop that someone wants to attend and that person becomes the "provider" and completes the template. There may be occasions where the provider forgets to complete the template for a workshop. In that case, the participant can remind the "provider" to complete the template.
 
Do we still do prior approvals?
Only if you are seeking reimbursement.
 
How far back with the credit history show? Last renewal cycle? Forever?
From this point forward. At this point we are not certain how long the history will be shown. (We will check on this and update the FAQ's when we have an answer). At least a year. Yes, the data will be there forever. How long the end user can see it is the question.
 

How do I register for a course?

Course Search Channel - use one of two buttons:

1.  List All Courses > a listing of all courses available (it may be a very long list)

2.  Advanced Search – best way to search

Type in a portion of the Course Title > click Find Course or enter

Select the Course > click View Section > click on Section Title

Review the information > click Register > Register for Course > click Done

(You may also search by description, date, location, etc.)

 

How do I check the status of a course I’ve registered for?

My Courses Channel > Click My Course Details

Click on the Title > Scroll down to find Section Status

OR

Click on View Roster

 

How do I check for time, date and location of a course I’ve registered for?

My Courses Channel > Click My Course Details

Click on the Title > Scroll down to see Start Date and Location.  Click on see all times for section times.

 

What happens when I get on the waitlist?

You will receive an email notification when you are moved from waitlist to registered.

 

How many emails will I get?

Registration request received

Moved from Waitlist to Registered

How do I take the Survey?

My Courses Channel > Click My Course Details > click on the survey

How do I withdraw from a course?

My Courses Channel > My Course Details > click the Withdraw button > confirm Withdraw

 

How do I check my transcript?

My Courses Channel > View My Transcript

Click Print button to get a printer friendly version of transcript

 

How do I print a certificate?

My Courses Channel > View My Transcript > click Certificate button
