  • Individual courses aligned to the North Carolina Executive Officer and Teacher Evaluation Standards

All training offered through the Leadership Academy follows the National Staff Development Council's recommended 1:7 ratio.  In other words, every hour of presentation is supported by 7 hours of modeling or providing examples, practice, feedback, and coaching.
