About Mrs. Hicks:
 
I have been the Media Coordinator at Celeste Henkel for 17 years. Prior to Celeste, I was classroom teacher at Statesville Senior High and East Middle.  I am a native of Forsyth County, NC.  My educational background includes a BA in History & Education from High Point University, with a MLIS from UNC-G.; as well as post- graduate work at UNC-C and Wake Forest University.  I was the Iredell-Statesville Media Coordinator of the Year for 2006-07
