Mission Statement
 
The mission of the West Iredell Middle School media center is to challenge all students to become better readers and to help them reach their goals.  We will accomplish this be teaching them about books and how to use the media center to effectively solve problems and gather needed information to help them reach those goals.

Middle School Media Professional Learning Community Mission Statement
 
As middle school Media Coordinators, we will teach the Big 6 process, promote the use of Destiny, and collaborate with teachers in planning technology based lessons in order to meet our goal of integrating 21st Century skills in the classrooms.
