Overview

Troutman Middle School reflects a commitment to provide a comprehensive counseling program to students in grades 6-8. Counseling services provided are developmental, preventative, and remedial. Counselors are also available for parent conferences concerning students, and consultations with teachers, support staff, and administrators.

An important part of the counseling program include the activities designed to assist students in developing a positive self-concept, the development of interpersonal relationship skills, respect for others, and becoming a good citizen.
