The Apparel II, BETA club and French IV students at South Iredell High School teamed up for the children of Haiti. Fifty-six pillowcase dresses were made by the Apparel and BETA club students. The French IV students used their study of LaFontaine's fables to create books for the children. These items will be sent to Haiti with Covenant Church on a mission trip. |

The cakes were so delicious that Mrs. Steedman had to email the recipes out to the group. Students should ask Mrs. Steedman about the other things you learn to prepare in her Foods classes. |
