Parents will receive many forms to fill out at Open House and the first few days of school.  It is imperative that these forms be completed and returned to school as soon as possible.  Be sure to complete the Iredell Statesville School Agreement for Acceptable Use of Telecommunications Parent Permission Form and the Project, Web, Photo and Video Release Form (print from here) or found on pages 25 and 27 of the Iredell Statesville Schools 2009-09 Student/Parent Handbook and Code of Conduct brochure.
