As an Instructional Facilitator my mission is support and lead teacher development.  I will model and coach the Iredell-Statesville Schools Learning Triangle.  I will also make sure professional learning communities become the driving force behind instructional improvement.  I will do all this by listening to feedback, staying on top of research and best practices in the classroom, supporting beginning teachers, evaluating a wide variety of data, and always having my door open to teachers.
