Math@Home Now Online - Are you looking for a way to help parents get more involved in your students’ mathematics education? With the enhanced version of MetaMetrics’ popular Math@Home utility, parents have easier access to a growing number of math materials and activities that support the lessons taught in school. By entering the child’s grade and Quantile® measure from his or her EOG/EOC score report, parents can then select the child’s textbook to find ability-appropriate, family-friendly resources, like games, books, worksheets and websites, that will provide the child with extra help on the skills and concepts covered in any textbook lesson. Teachers, students, and parents now have a new tool to help them download the latest multimedia education resources from North Carolina, including presentations, professional development videos, curriculum materials and more, for free. The Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) and the Governor's Office have worked with other organizations in the state to create the collection of education-related audio and video files that is now available on the new "North Carolina Department of Public Instruction and Partners" section of iTunes U.
