We are here to get in shape by exercising,working on keeping our body healthy. We also learn new activities and how to play sports correctly. Through this we will also work to improve muscular strength and improve cardiovascular endurance. We are here to have fun and to stay active. 

 

To do this we will have to do these things together: full cooperation, get along with each other, be respectful to each other, show good sportsmanship, practice, and always follow rules and listen to PE teachers.

 

To make this happen we personally need to help each other, be accountable for our actions, follow ALL directions, giving 100% in all we do, respect equipment, be prepared, and push ourselves to be our best and to play fair.

 

This will be my 10th year here at West Middle. I have a BS Degree in Physical Education from Catawba College.I am the Head Football Coach and also coach baseball at West Iredell High. I am happily married and blessed with a great wife Tammy, and two wonderful boys Brett and Brady. When I am not at school you will probably find me on a baseball field with my boys.
