My Classroom Mission
 
My classroom mission is to teach all students the basic fundamentals of the Elements and Principles of Art. I will provide opportunities for students to explore and develop their own skills in the application and creative use of various mediums.
 
About Me
I received my BA degree from Mars Hill College in 1974 and received National Board Certification in 2005.  I worked with handicapped adults through Mitchell College until I had my children, Scott and Christopher. I returned to public education in 1987. I have served Iredell County for 24 years. thirteen of those years have been here at Troutman Middle, which I consider to be home.
