Students: Please reflect over your year in 6th grade and answer these 3 questions: What was the best part of your learning this year? What was the most difficult? What will you do to make 7th grade an even better year of learning? Thank you and have a great summer! Mrs. Grout :)
Here's another spot where you can challenge each other! This time we're working on GEOMETRY practice. Remember, if you answer a question correctly, you get to ask the next question. Go for it! Who is going to ask the first question?
As we reflect on this great year at UGE, here's a chance to share happy comments and positive compliments with your schoolmates, teachers, and staff of Union Grove Elementary. We have had such a blast learning together this year. To all of my UGE students, have a great summer! To my fifth graders - you rock! It's been so much fun learning together. I will really miss all of you! Stay safe, make good choices, "YOU ARE WORTH IT!" HAGS Love, Mrs. Grout : )
Here's your chance to help your friends and classmates. Share your ideas for the best ways to prepare for the EOGs. Here's one idea: Make a list of study partners with their phone numbers; (always check with your parents first to see if it's ok to share your phone number with a classmate). That way, when you're studying at home, if you get stuck on something, you can call a study partner to get help with it. It's best to get help early,.... EOGs are "right around the corner." With good preparation, you should expect to do well. :) Mrs. Grout
Let's play some geometry fun. Who wants to ask the first question? Your question must be related to geometry..... Go ahead, ask away! Other students will try to answer. If they are right, they will get to post a geometry question. Have fun practicing. :) Mrs. Grout
Today we reviewed our multiplication tables by playing Trasketball. How many factors can you name that will get the product of 24? Here's one example: 1 X 24
