               Knowledge Base - Where many questions have been answered -
                                  check it prior to creating a ticket for information. 
               Update Profile 
 
  1. Click Create New Ticket
  2. End User Name is indicated
  3. Location is indicated
  4. Class > Choose Help Desk
  5. Dropdown to select the issue: Email, Hardware, Internet Browser, Other, Password Reset, Printer, Software, Wireless  
  6. ID - Identify what device
  7. Full Name
  8. Host Name is the Asset Number
  9. Student Schedule (if student device - middle and high school)
  10. Subject - be specific
  11. Details - be specific - what is happening, what have you tried
  12. Submit Ticket
