Battle of the Books is a district and statewide competition for 6th - 8th grade students sponsored by the North Carolina School Library Media Association.  Students are required to read a total of 27 books from the North Carolina Battle of the Books Competition list.  Teamwork and the ability to work in a group are paramount to the success of the team.
