Standing Medication Orders will no longer be in given in Iredell/Statesville schools.  If a student needs any medication whether it is prescription and/or over the counter pain medication such as Tylenol/Advil, a medication request form must be signed by the parent and student's physician.  The School Nurse is no longer permitted to give students medication without this form filled out.
