Mrs. Johnson’s first block class will strive to achieve our full potential and make A’s or B’s and score a 3 or 4 on the Eighth Grade Math EOG and Integrated Math I EOC. We will accomplish this by completing all assignments to the best of our ability, working well with our classmates, and asking for help as needed.
Mrs. Johnson’s fourth block class will try our best at all times in order to pass the Eighth Grade Math EOG with a level 3 or 4. We will achieve our goal by paying attention, not wasting time, and putting forth our best effort on everything we do.
Mrs. Johnson’s fifth block class will work our hardest to pass math class and the Eighth Grade Math EOG. We will do this by trying our best everyday, turning in all of our work, and paying attention to our teacher.
Mrs. Johnson’s sixth block class will make good grades and pass the Eighth Grade Math EOG. We will achieve this goal by trying our hardest on everything we do, asking questions when we do not understand, and keeping a good attitude in class.
I was born and raised in Iredell County and graduated from North Iredell High School in 2000. I was a North Carolina Teaching Fellow and received my Bachelor's Degree in Middle Grades Education from
UNC Chapel Hill, Go Tar Heels! I also received my Master's Degree in Middle Grades Education from
Appalachian State University. This is my seventh year teaching at East Middle. I love teaching math, traveling, cheering for the Tar Heels and Carolina Panthers, and spending time with my husband and twin boys.
