*Career Cruising allows you to pre-register for your classes from home*

1.  From the I-SS or LNHS homepage, click “Career Cruising” under the Parents tab.  This brings you to the log in screen.

Special note:
Your Username is the prefix 'NC-' + your NCWISE student ID
(e.g. NC-1234567)  The NC is already entered for you, just enter the number.

Initially, your Password is your birth date (mmddyyyy)
(e.g. August 25th, 1990 --> 08251990)  If you have not logged in, use your 8 digit birthdate.

After you login the first time, you will be required to select a new password and agree to the Use Agreement. 

It is advised that you add an email address to your profile so that you can take advantage of the 'Forgot Username/Password' system feature if required.

From the Main Page you can access your course planner by:

1)    Selecting the purple “Portfolio” button near the top/center of the main page screen.

2)    Select the blue “Course Planner” tab listed on the left side of the next screen.

To select courses for each subject/elective, hover your curser over the bottom right corner of each yellow box and click once on the “+” sign where you can then view the course options.  Make your course selection by clicking on the “+” located at the far right of each course.    Do this for each box, including electives and alternates, but do not submit at this time.  Your course preferences will automatically save in your course planner. 

Teacher recommendations will be visible by a gray star to the left of each core class.

You are now pre-registered for next year…congratulations!
