By the end of the 2012-2013 school year, all students will master I.B. Humanities criteria and the objectives set forth in the N.C. Standard Course of Study for Language Arts.
 
I.B. Humanities Criteria
 
   Proficiency in I.B. Humanities criteria is measured by performance on various formative assessments and one summative assessment during the course of a unit. Performance in each of the criterion is measured at least twice over the course of the year. 
    
N.C. Standard Course of Study 
   
   Proficiency in the N.C. Standard Course of Study is assessed through district testing throughout the school year.
