Welcome to kindergarten.   I look forward to working with you this year.  I will cherish the time I have your child.  Once a child in my class, I consider them part of my family.  I will treat them the way I would want my own children to be treated and respected.   Students always come first in my class and I know that with your help your child will succeed.  Together we can do almost anything.   I am looking forward to an awesome kindergarten year!  
 
My Classroom Mission
 We will learn our letters, math, how to read and how to write and spell.  We will have fun and always try our best!  We will listen to our teachers and classmates to get ready for first grade.  
 
About Me
This is my second year at CCE and my 9th year teaching.  I taught 1st and 2nd grade in Greenville, South Carolina before my husband's job transferred us to Mooresville.  I am a graduate of Clemson University #GO TIGERS!# with a BA in Elementary Education.   After doing some long term subbing in the ISS, I stayed at home with my 3 children for a few years.   After that I began working at the YMCA where I taught 4 year old preschool and then became the 0-5 director there.  
 
My husband, Stan and I have been married for almost 12 years.  We have 3 children, Abby, who is in 4th grade, and twin boys, Stan and Andy who are in 2nd grade, all her at Coddle Creek.
