Student Assistance Program (SAP)
The Students Assistance Program is designed to assist students, faculty, and parents in addressing high-risk behaviors.  SAP provides procedures for early identification and intervention with students who are having difficulty in school due to various issues.

SAP offers assessments, individual counseling, support groups, referrals to outside agencies, and substance abuse programs.  Teachers, administrators, school counselors, school nurse, and/or parents may refer students to the program.  Students may also refer themselves to the program; mandatory referrals are made when students violate the school's alcohol, drug, and tobacco policies.  SAP services are kept confidential.

East Iredell Middle School is pleased to have this additional resource to offer parents and students.  If you have additional questions or concerns, please to not hesitate to contact our SAP Coordinator, Susan Peacock, or Principal, Jimmy Elliott, at 704-872-4666.
