www.khanacademy.org is a website that contains many short explanatory videos on a variety of subjects (including physics) that explain concepts and work through examples.
 
www.phet.colorado.edu is a website that contains many interactive science and mathematic simulations and labs which can help facilitate a deeper understanding of difficult concepts.
