Third Grade Supply List:  2012-2013

 

 

Please note that your child’s teacher may have specific items they will request when you visit at Open House. The following is a basic list of supplies.  During the year your child’s teacher may request more supplies.
 

Student's Supplies:

1 pack of colored pencils (basic colors)

1 pair of blunt tip scissors

1 zippered pouch for pencils; not a pencil box

1 white hard cover binder (1" with a clear pocket on the front)   

2 vinyl pocket folders with brads (green, and blue)

  (for Homework/Communications and one for Writing)

8 marble cover composition books, any color (not wire spiral notebooks)

1 pack of Expo markers for white boards (black or colors)
1 pack of wide ruled notebook paper

2 packs of #2 pencils  (no mechanical pencils, and please, no hand held pencil sharpeners)

2 packs of eraser caps for pencils

1 pack of glue sticks

1 boxes of tissues (like Kleenex)

1 pack of 3" X 5" index cards

 

Optional Supplies, these are not required:

Kid’s Hand Wipes (Hypoallergenic Antibacterial wipes)(NO Clorox or Germ-X)

Flash Drive (2-4 GB)

Slide lock baggies (gallon or quart sizes)
