Keep up with how much you've ran during the week. At the end of the week you will send me this log sheet using the form I've created on my website. Click here for that form. This log will send me an email of your weekly workouts. If you have any questions about the log please let me know.
Make sure you are sending these in each week, so I can keep track of your progress towards your free cross country t-shirt! As soon as I get a design for the t-shirt, I will post it up on the website.
