In my classes we all work together to continually improve our understanding of business and marketing.

I am a 1979 graduate of NIHS and have enjoyed returning here to teach.  I teach Business and Marketing classes and enjoy working with our students to extend their understanding of the Business world.  I incorporate current world news in all classes to help students see how the course curriculum really impacts their lives. I also coach the men's tennis team and assist with the volleyball team.  I graduated from UNC-Greensboro in 1983 and received my Masters degree from Purdue University in 1996.

 

I am especially excited about the Marketing classes we are now offering at North - Sports and Entertainment Marketing 1 & 2.  In these classes we explore the sports and entertainment industries and the marketing concepts and practices used in these industries.  These classes are great for students who are enthusiastic about sports or entertainment and perhaps interested in careers in these fields.
