Students must sign in and out when using the Media Center without a teacher.
Students should not have food or drink in the library.
Students should clean their areas before leaving.

Check out
Students may have 3 items checked out simultaneously.  Items may be checked out for two weeks, and should be renewed before the end of two weeks.  Reference and reserve items may be checked out on an overnight basis after 4th block.  These items will be due by 8:15 am the next school day.

Late fees
If regular items are kept out past their due dates, an overdue charge of $.50 per day will be charged. If reference items are returned late, there will be a $1.00 per day overdue charge.  There is no grace  period for calculating overdue charges; however, books returned in good condition will earn a waiver of part of the overdue charge so that the maximum fine will be $5.00.

Computers
Students must have a signed Acceptable Use form on file at the school to use the Internet at school.  The computers in the Media Center are monitored.  Students may use the computers in the Media Center before school, during lunches, and after school.  Students may neither download nor connect personal devices to the school network.

The school supports Microsoft Office 2003. Students who do not have access to Office 2003 must make arrangements with teachers to use other versions or programs for files that are to be used at school.
